COMMENTS: Primary focus will be to build and lead a team whose responsibilities include: designing, architecting, developing and implementing the Company's software technology plan as well as assigning resources, overseeing all aspects of software product development and participating in negotiations with technology partners and suppliers. This position is responsible for all software-based activities. Will select and manage the relationships with key suppliers, vendors and other service providers; implement rapid growth strategies; maintain employee motivation and provide technical leadership and strategy. Will also pro-actively identify new technologies to support new market opportunities consistent with the Company's business strategy.
