* Develop and implement final stages of the programs for Epic
Systems, build on Hyperspace and the text side of EPIC
in HIM
* Build in the different modules for Identity Management (preferred) and HIM
(required) to include coding and abstracting, chart tracking, chart
deficiency, and ROI
* Perform process and workflow analysis and systems / applications analysis
with regard to the Epic
build
* Assist in workflow analysis to determine appropriate technology solutions
for the clinical settings
* Provide application and limited technical support for the product line and
be responsible for triage and troubleshooting assistance with the
application end-user, Care Center Operations, Case Management, vendor,
technical, and Help Desk staff
* Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions
* Configure application to meet internal requirements
* Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports,
interfaces, data-conversion programs, and application extensions

Workflow analysis, build, defined testing scenarios, and unit testing
* Assist Application Coordinators with resolving issues within training and
production environments

ADT / Prelude Principal Trainer / Develop Training Curriculum and Master

* Support and availability during any activities deemed appropriate during

Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital Billing account maintenance
experience is required
* 5-7 years of recent Project Management experience
* 5-7 years of combined experience in Information Technology and Healthcare
IT
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key
decision makers
* 5-7 years of experience Project Management experience with system
upgrades, training, implementation and 'go-live' support of the Epic
HIM, Ambulatory, and Hospital Billing
* Experience in design, build, validate (DBV), and training is required
* Experience in implementation and 'go-live' support of the Epic
Revenue Cycle is required
* Experience in HIM and Hospital Billing is required
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships is required
* Combined experience in Information Technology and Healthcare IT of 5 years
is required
