SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

POSITION:
HIPAA Transactions, Codes and Identifiers (TCI) Analyst

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Senior level HIPAA TCI Analysts will:

Provide assistance in the collection of client business and IT
processes as they relate to HIPAA.
Facilitate or participate in data collection focus groups.
Provide feedback from the focus groups to clients for verification
Assist in the writing of HIPAA assessment final reports
Provide assistance in the development of implementation plans and
associated resource projections

SUPERVISION:
The position reports directly to the Director of TCI Services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will possess:

Knowledge of TCI Final Rule and its application
Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations
Experience with payer or provider IT systems
Experience with payer or provider business processes and terminology
Proven ability to distill pertinent facts from a volume of
information
Healthcare provider or payer experience
BS Degree required.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel
