PROJECT MANAGER
U.S. Citizenship Required
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: BS / BA , software life cycle , PMI , RUP
You will be working in a team-based environment
managing several software development projects within
a larger program framework. To succeed in this role,
you must have a strong understanding of the software
development life cycle, familiarity with project
management best practices and an interest in continued
process improvement. Your strong communications,
leadership and analytical skills will help you
successfully define project scope, schedule, budget
and tracking. You will be proactive in managing
project risk, identifying and eliminating roadblocks,
managing, tracking and solving problems/issues and
also chair project status meetings.
Requirements:
· BS/BA or equivalent
· 13+ years industry experience managing software
projects with proven expertise in project management
disciplines and techniques.
· In-depth experience with engineering life cycles,
design, development, test, and QA.
· Familiar with the Rational Unified Process (RUP)
and/or the Software Engineering Institute's Capability
Maturity Model (CMM).
· PMI Required
